Christmas was so fun this year! I think it was one of the first times we actually had it at our own house with our own little family. We loved it. The kids were so excited too. They loved decorating the house, and the tree and reading Christmas stories all month long with me. (I can see that I have trained them well because I was pregnant and tired this year and almost opted out of a few things, but Max talked me into doing everything this year) It was cute that they were excited about all the little things like peanuts and oranges in their stockings, candy canes on the tree, and finding a star for our tree.
We got together with some friends in the ward and acted out the nativity with the kids. It was so fun, and quite the scene with all 10 kids under the age of 7.
Then the Droubays invited us over for Christmas eve dinner and we did the nativity again. This time Allie got to be Mary and she was SOOOOO EXCITED!
So we have lived here for a year and a half and I believe this is our first "official" family picture in front of the golden gate bridge. We sure to enjoy the bay area. Such beautiful scenery and fun things to do.
I must say that Allie's first two years of life were pretty rough. There were so many pictures to choose from, showing her sad face. She only wanted mommy and she always wanted me to hold her. Good thing she was a little peanut and I could pretty much hold her all of the time.
But since she turned 2 she is one happy girl! And at 3 she is even happier. We love having her in our family, she makes all of us so happy!

Did I mention she is becoming a daddy's girl? Oh man does she have him wrapped around her little finger. She is so sweet and loving and gives the best hugs and kisses. We love you Allie girl!
